Course Description
Leading with Trust & Integrity is a 6-hour course consisting of six modules designed to be completed at your own pace. This course is ideal for existing leaders, emerging leaders, and all human resource professionals. This course meets the requirements for SHRM and HRCI recertification credits. Research shows that trust and integrity are among the most powerful leadership traits in an organization. Stephen M. R. Covey, widely known as one of the world’s leading authorities on trust, asserts that it is “the most overlooked, misunderstood, underutilized asset to enable performance.
